This sleek kiritsuke-style gyuto offers the versatility of a traditional chef knife with the added precision of a pointed K-tip. Crafted in Seki City, Japan, it features a polished stainless san-mai construction with a stunning visible hamon line along the blade.
The blade has undergone a light restoration and is hand-sharpened on Japanese Naniwa whetstones, finished with a leather strop for a razor edge. It’s paired with a traditional octagonal handle for balance and control.
