About This Knife
This knife sits somewhere between a santoku, a mini cleaver, and a questionable life decision.
The wide blade and aggressive scallops give it serious food-moving power. Slice, chop, scoop, repeat. It’s the kind of knife that handles onions, potatoes, cabbage, and whatever else shows up on the cutting board without asking questions.
And then there are the serrations on the tip.
Why?
Nobody knows.
Bread? Tomatoes? Sausage casing? Emergency rope cutting? The original designer clearly believed in options.
The deep granton scallops help reduce sticking when slicing proteins or dense vegetables, while the chunky profile gives it that satisfying “thunk” when chopping.
Buck Slice Notes
This knife looks like it spent 10 years working brunch service and still hasn’t forgiven anyone.
Part santoku.
Part bread knife.
Part kitchen gremlin.
Honestly?
Kinda love it.
